Here are a few reasons why I’ve been successful home builder and real estate agent. First; I grew up here and I love Memphis.  My family has been involved in real estate here for 40+ years.  Both my brother and I are custom home builders.  On more than one occasion I’ve been asked who makes the selections in my new home builds and they are surprised to find out I do… Thanks mom, I was paying attention!
